  • Hey Darka,

    The only thing that is stopping me from playing with this AI is the amount of lag it has. I'm not sure why it's lagging but even with 5 AI's playing I get lag even though the APM for each AI is only around 300. Very strange. I know it's not my PC because I can run 8 AI with Blizzard and with Green Tea 0.53 I can also run 8 AI no problems.

    I finally got my internet connection at home :D
    Yesterday I start some multiplayer game.
    Ranked me as Platine player ^^;

    I have to travel next week. I'll try to release the others race before.

    I hope we can finally start Dark Green project as wanted.

  • No commander names appear so i cant talk about speficially which ai is doing what wrong but i cant seem to fault it at the moment lol. one of the AI walled with photon cannons and a forge. i like that. performance is very choppy with 7 AI's but thats because im testing so many AI at once to save on time. i can tell this script is using more of my CPU resources aswell which is understandable because it seems like it's doing a lot of processes

    this is a strong AI darka. builds 2 assimilators at the right time to balance the M and G collection so that it evens out with each other. expands when appropiate too. i really like this AI man. rarely has extra resources doing nothing in in its bank and always spending it appropiately

    attacks rearely happen before the 10 minute mark so not much harrassing or pressure. the upside of this is that the AI really do mass up a huge army before attacking. feels scary to have nothing happen for 10 minutes and then suddenly, BAM haha. the battles a big!

    this is nice work you've done man. your protoss AI is perfect. dont change it anymore lol. i am looking forward to your terran and zerg updates. i can beta test those for ya too.

    really good for a beta stage. needs some work to reduce the lag if want to use 6AI.

    credit to ptanhkhoa for his input into your script though. you both are making a really good AI for all of us to use. great for people like myself who don't really like the compititve side of online skirmishes.

  • Okay great I'll test it tonight!. The Air builds for the Protoss were broken in Green Tea. I'll test to see if they're fixed in this Beta version.

    Also, for the Zerg in GT AI 0.52, when some commanders begin to build their first Extractor, they cancel it and the drone dies.

    I'll focus on Protoss for the time being though.

    Test this protoss you will see the difference.

  • I'm confused since I've only just started viewing this forum. Is this script also in the Green Tea AI uploaded by ptanhkhoa? I don't want to be testing both if they're the same thing.   • Is it posssible in the future to use this excelent AI in Online"Coop-against-the-computer"games ? This would be wonderfull, the BlizzAI is aweful.

    It's just a preview of new switching mind core.
    Now it's complete I will work on this to make it sweet.
    You only talk about Terrans commander, which it's last and not enought tested.
    How are the other race commander?

    This place is for a test version before release :). So you may want to look for the stable version in another threat. But new function ai testing may appear on this page though.

    the green. gold are cheating version like the current very hard and insane ai of green tea.

    The Dark Tea AI still don't have difficulty mechanic yet so every difficult will result the same. That while it still have 3 seperate folder.

    and what level of difficulty should we use?? hard,very hard or insane.??

    does it work the same as green tea.

    @scrambleg : it is for difficulty gameplay, now you can make it easier with the new SC2 AIO version which let you select the difficulty :). So the later version of Green or Dark Tea will have only one folder.

    New Dark Green commander core incoming.
    Protoss is near to be finished.
    Zerg will be the next.
    I will try to post it tomorrow.

    Terrans will need more time to make, will be release monday perhaps.
