You are replying to:

  • You need to be in terrain view. Make sure nothing is selected. Draw a box around what you wish to copy. Press Ctrl-C to copy, as per a word processor, then press Ctrl-V to paste. At this point you can manipulate the terrain, ie, clock wise, flipped and so on. Look under the edit tab.

    As for resizing, making something smaller or larger, I have not seen such a function.
