Forum linking

• The page number of some threads, originally only the bug report thread for the allin1 tool but now also the general chat thread has their quick access page numbers with a decimal place, causing it to lead to the first page only. For instance, the page
  http://sc2.nibbits.com/forums/29/view/600/general-chat?p=5
  will instead be written as
  http://sc2.nibbits.com/forums/29/view/600/general-chat?p=5.0
  which will lead to the 1st page of the thread as seen here.
