Thanks again for all the hard work. This is a great tool for SC2.
Thanks for clearing up the whole cache thing, the wording in the "dummy install guide" is misleading, especially when it has the word "files", rather than folders.
I delete my old cache and cut/paste the downloaded patch to the right folder, much easier.
Lastly, I can confirm that I need the internet to get this tool to launch.. I don't know if that means it will run or not when beta closes.
The only time I don't need the internet is when I launch through editor.exe. I hope that helps.
no internet is needed something else is wrong possible a firewall?
i disable my lan and the beta just starts.
it only takes few more seconds becaue the game trys to find internet but no more tha 2-4 seconds and during that time you see the sc2 logo splash screen, then loads normally your game

Disabling my LAN and the beta after sc2 splash screen then loads normally too. I've encountered this problem before but now problem is gone. I think the problem is the firewall config.
@Wolg As I understand now, everybody here without beta-key has this problem, just because it isn't solved yet. I asked it recently and got RTFM and... WOW, it helped me indeed to understand the situation! :) So, if you read FAQ, you'll understand, that one can watch only replays older, than 9th patch and only if he has old SC2 (patch 8, for example) with old cache of the SAME (8) version.
yes you are somehow right, look my advice is if you want to see older replays find and download a clean version of the lazylaunchre2 and load your replay there, it will switch to the older version correctly and will saw your replays

which folder?
if i knew, i wouldnt ask..
Documents\Starcraft 2 Beta\Maps no map files for 3v3/4v4
Documents\Starcraft 2 Beta\Maps\Cache no map files for 3v3/4v4
I have two problems... I did what vernam kept on reminding people about the launcher... and I do have 3.5 net framework. I am using SP3 WinXP.
I have been using the launcher for a while now but only up to now I wanna ask how will i remove the maroon color/border around the launcher? like this:
Okay so,I downloaded the launcher, crack, game etc.etc.,everything is working perfectly fine until I go to start a game.
I will start the game and the map will bring me to the lower left side of the screen and I do not have any bases, nor do any of the computers.I made sure to set myself to human player. But still, everytime I try to start a match, all I can see is fog of war,and no bases.
Am I missing a cache file? Its really becoming frustrating,I'd appreciate help.
but only maps with this date "Apr 23, 2010" and after it
also its good to clean your cache files(delete all folders inside Cache folder) remember you need cache files for watching replays
this folders are hidden folders type
On Windows 7 and Vista the cache folder is located at: C:\Users\your usename\AppData\Local\Blizzard Entertainment\Battle.net\Cache\
On Windows XP the cache folder is located at: C:\Documents and Settings\your username\Local Settings\Application Data\Blizzard Entertainment\Battle.net\Cache\
and in the end most important thing is a clean SC2Beta (no AI from past and no modified files)
PS: some times bad connection to b.net will cause failing to launch the game so try it offline (disable your lan)
Can someone please help? i have updated to patch 13 yesterday, and when install allin1 tool 9.6.6 plus official patch 10 map it goes wells. After load the game from the scALLin1 launcher, it sudden hang and not loading plus crash report pops out.
Is there any help to solve it? patch 13 cache has also replace the new 1.

Am I right, guys? If not, explain, please. Tnx!

Documents\Starcraft 2 Beta\Maps
no map files for 3v3/4v4
Documents\Starcraft 2 Beta\Maps\Cache
no map files for 3v3/4v4
you need to download them from here
http://sc2.nibbits.com/maps/project/74927/extinction
http://sc2.nibbits.com/maps/project/74926/arakan-citadel
and put them in ...Documents\Starcraft 2 Beta\Maps
and then you can find them in tool map list and play 3v3 4v4
thank you very much for that buddy =)

Thanks for the answer.
It's also weird that blizzards very easy AI is surprisingly smart in custom maps :) (well for very easy off course, it's steal very easy ^^)

the color should be transparent in some windows xp users there is a problem with the VGA drivers and the OS that do not transparent the image!
if you try 16bit colors it will work but this is not the solution.
anyway hopefully our next skin will be more compatible to windows xp
Whenever I try to start a game, with the launcher. A black screen comes up and the game never loads.

@Billybob & Arel.
first of all, you do not need any extra crack or AI , just updated SC2Beta and ALLin1
any thing else may cause problems
and antivirus and UAC must be off and also you must be admin (full access)
you need to be sure of your maps type , you must use only new official maps (after patch 10 maps)
you can download them here
http://sc2.nibbits.com/maps/browse/blizzard/
but only maps with this date "Apr 23, 2010" and after it
also its good to clean your cache files(delete all folders inside Cache folder)
remember you need cache files for watching replays
this folders are hidden folders type

C:\Users\your usename\AppData\Local\Blizzard Entertainment\Battle.net\Cache\

and in the end most important thing is a clean SC2Beta (no AI from past and no modified files)
PS:
some times bad connection to b.net will cause failing to launch the game
so try it offline (disable your lan)
aslo dont forget the clean cache can be now achieved from with in the tool's new button under the replays tab!
about above ALL RTM!
what a moody !?
PS :
i know what is RTFM , UTFH , etc
moody = someone who have not good mood
moody " whats that mean?
RTM = Read The Manual! i made it more polite by removing the F :P
i believe vernam7 is always in that mood. :)
@Arel: did you resolve your problem already? If not try this, in Game Options tab choose "Other AI", double-click on "scai" and then launch the game.
Can someone please help? i have updated to patch 13 yesterday, and when install allin1 tool 9.6.6 plus official patch 10 map it goes wells. After load the game from the scALLin1 launcher, it sudden hang and not loading plus crash report pops out.

127.0.0.xxx
first and always RTM :)
second... after patch 13 , ther is many crashs for game
but if you always have crash its helpful to post the error report (second part of report)
something like this:
as zen said "it sudden hang and not loading plus crash report pops out."
it is happening to me everytime I try to play a replay not played by me
heres the replay I'm trying to play
http://sc2.replays.net/replay/Sc2Replay.aspx?ReplayID=573
If anyone is able to watch this replay with a non-original version of sc2, let me know
@tgod did you red the damn FAQ here?
http://sc2.nibbits.com/forums/29/view/660/new-install-instructions-for-noobs-or-not-and-faq-here
QA 4 to be more specific?
do you know the replay verion it was recorded???
