Hi! My game won't load... it just loads the mouse. I know there's the black screen problem that takes ages to load and it being US or something but i got "StarCraft II Beta enGB 13891 Installer" from my friend as i didn't sign up for the beta (which was stupid...) and i think it installs to patch 15 cause the next patch it tries to download is 16... i installed it fine, installed SCallin1, installed the cache files for patch 15 and all it does is load the black screen and the mouse... Any ideas of what's wrong? Don't think it's my computer, it's not slow at all..

Well, I have been searching and trying different things but no no avail. I did a fresh install of SC2 Beat, patched to version 17 and downloaded the latest SC2allin1 and (last step) I used the auto crack included in the allin1.
The game loads, but only the mpas load. No units, no bases, no towers, just the map terrain. Any fixes for this?

I am in the same exact boat as the gentleman above. What can we do to fix our fog of war, no units, no bases (not even the spawn location) problem? We see everything including menu, mini map, and, map terrain in the fog. Did we miss a thread or is this Blizzard's way of making life more difficult for people like vernam7 and creating patch 17? Otherwise, any help would be great. This is the first time I've done this in awhile and would like to start prepping for game play on 7/27/10. Also, thank you very much vernam7 for getting me this far in setting up the SC II Beta.

You gotta chose blizz easy ai, every other ai will fuck up the game i gues. Had that prob too at beginning.

guys do you even use the v9.9.0 version or you are still using the old one not phase 2 compatible?
did you removed everything including cache? before install the latest launcher?
I found my mistake finally...after hours of hard work and determination + reading. It was the ALLin1 Tool located elsewhere by itself no where near the Blizzard game directory. I had to relocate it because it defaulted to a weird location. This was the reason for my fog of war, no units, no bases, location, etc. Finished my very first game on Very Easy and wooohoooo, this game is so FUN! Can't wait to get the new AI's working. Thank you soooo much, those 11 days of waiting for the retail version without the beta would have been more dreadful than these few hours I took to figure this out. I followed every direction and it was successful! Everything works, confirmed! Edit: I used SC2ALLin1 v9.9.0 after a fresh install of the beta alone, downloaded the latest cache and replaced it, then replaced the SC2/StarCraft II Editor files as instructed to. Then voila!

yeah that's true starcraft is the best pain killer...
my brother told me that when he gets ill, he opens his computer and play sc:bw... lol.
no need for the editor (as far as i know) to be cracked. to load the game, just use the crack button i made in the options menu it will crack you tha latest patch installed and avoid Validation issues for those not ever been a Beta tester.

I have an issue with the latest build : I can play but the watch towers and gold crystals don't appear on the map.
Is it due to the cache files ? If it's so, I'll just wait for them to be available.

You must get "phase 2" compatible maps.
which are available for download in my main download page were the tool setu is as well.
There is no patch 17 cachefile up :(

It is working great :D, thank you very much :D!!! After a clean install, 9.9.0 worked instantly, my only :( is because I can't see my replays, I get the "Unable to open map" error. I'm using the new phase 2 maps. I don't know if it was intended to support replays in this version, but the option is there, so I'm saying it :D
