how to play AIs in stracraft

• good day, i've installed starcraft 2 after a day of tryes.
  now, when i go on the "single player" menu, i can not see any map, or AI or whatever, the list is simply empty.
  i've searched about it and seems that all refers at the starcraft BETA and a kind of louncher (that i don't have).

  i see the AI mods on this site, but i can't figure out where to put them.

  please i really apreciate if anyone can help me out, thanks in advance.

• I assume you mean you have the actual retail version of starcraft 2. If so, for a skirmish game with some AI, either use the SC2Allin1 tool, which was updated to work with retail, or launch the game and click vs AI on the top right of the single player menu. If the map list after clicking that is empty, it might mean that you simply haven't downloaded the maps and hence, have no maps to play.

• oh so is simply a matter of having no maps, nice, i'll try to sc2allin1, but first i'll try to get some maps and figure out where to put them.
