Vexor's Quest This is a single player RPG map that I designed. I designed it mostly in respect for Zelda games, so keep that in mind while you play. Each boss fight is different and unique. As of now, it probably takes about 2hrs or so to beat.
It is a full version of the map(you can play through to the final boss and if you manage to beat him, get victory), but I am still in the process of adding new content to the game, so check back periodically if you enjoyed it.
You did a good job on the map. I can tell a decent amount of time was put into it. But the leveling needs to be greatly modified. By the time I beat it I was only Level 1, and half way from Level 2. Even after I hit level 1 I saw no increase in HP or armor. Needs alot of work, but still a good job
It is a wonderful map but still incomplete (unless I missed a trigger somewhere). I killed the last boss and nothing happened. When I cheated and was able to kill him in the first fight, I automatically won. I looked at the map and saw a few unused triggers and such so I figure its just incomplete for now.
Some suggestions though: Make it a bit easier to level and make it have some effect as it was very annoying to see it do nothing (If you do implement it, just make the monsters a bit stronger). If you don't want it to do something, take it out if you are able to. Add more items which can be stored in the inventory. Create another pair of sprint boots that make you super fast (crawling around the map kills the mood). Just cause them to make you unable to attack to make them fair. Add a bit more guidance at the beginning cause I totally was able to get past the ballistas before you were suppose to (almost killed me X_X). Plus I'm pretty sure you want us to go to the maze first but am unsure.
Sounds sometimes caused a loop. it happened a couple of times when I had cast illusion on myself and was wearing the blades weapen (5 damage, 3 hits, 0.5 speed one).
Tip for others: Save be4 bosses! Some are quite a challenge.
