Here is a little update for those thinking about purchasing from me, and those who have already purchased from me or our transaction is pending:
As you will read below, once things are out of my hands -- it is just that, out of my hands and I take no responsibility. If something does happen like a key ends up being already registered or the person ends up banned from Battle.Net or anything I will do my best to help them get their money back, although my source has guaranteed 100% legitimacy on these keys and told me if this were to happen and proof is available, he would replace the key. This has yet to happen and from what I know of my source, who has turned into a good friend, it wouldn't happen.
There has already been a few members that purchased their keys and received them (Using Liberty Reserve; after talking with jcliu0, we came to the conclusion that if you are not American, then it is probably better that you stick to another payment method but Liberty Reserve *is* $5 cheaper than the others.) This was before my unexpected 'leave' from Nibbits (IRL personal injury, was in the hospital, totaled my car) and they got their awesome deal of no surcharge (IE: Me making 0 dollars haha) It does take 48-72 hours to receive the key and I do not personally have the keys, I send the money to another person who then sends me the keys, and I then send them to the awesome Nibbits buyer. The timeframe is the biggest issue with this deal, and one of my buyers did complain when it took 4 days. I would like to reiterate -- I AM A MIDDLEMAN CHARGING A FINDERS FEE, I TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR MONEY ONCE IT LEAVES MY ACCOUNT. That being said, the source is a friend of mine who deals with let's say 'unofficial' people and businesses who have access to these type of deals. He has a few other offers running for other games, but this is a SC2 forum so I only posted about SC2.
Now that I am back, there was only one person who wanted a CDKey that did not choose PayPal as their method of choice... I usually do not deal in PayPal and this is the first time that my Nibbits SC2 CDKey deal is being transacted via PayPal. Already, because of PayPal fees, I am making way less than $5 per transaction. and would not even be able to do the deal if I would have charged $30 via PayPal because I would then have to pay the fee that PayPal charges out of my pocket. I am receiving less than $5 per transaction and if this ends up getting too popular, I am going to have to think of another method of bringing you guys your keys. Already this is using up quite a bit of my time -- Every day there is atleast 2-3 people wanting keys, and less than 12 hours after I posted that last post on this topic, I received about 10 PMs following my instructions (thank you) and 5 PMs not following my instructions (no problem, we got through it anyway hehe)
IMPORTANT: TO EVERYONE WHO SENT ME MONEY VIA PAYPAL(NOT THE OTHER METHODS) READ BELOW!!!
There may be some delays to this and if !!!AT ANY TIME!!! you decide not to go through with this transaction, PLEASE contact me as soon as possible so I may refund your money! The money has yet to have been sent to my source so as I expected, there will be some delays. If you are in any way concerned, just send me a PM and ask any questions you may have or contact me via MSN! I will refund any request at this point although I am currently dealing with my source via phone calls so the money will be leaving my PayPal account, most likely in the afternoon of 10/15/2010 (EST)

I am closing this thread I do not want this to turn into a giant thread of little questions, and people not following my instructions and replying with their email and asking me for a key; I will not be doing this deal without speaking to you via PM. There will be no me-requesting-money-after-you-reply, I would like this to be as 'face-to-face' as possible, infact if anyone lives near Cincinnati, OH -- I would be happy to meet up and use my laptop to show you how the transaction goes and let you personally write down the key from my computer screen ;)
(If there is a reason you need this opened and you feel there is something important you need to post on this topic, even if you are a Moderator, please send me a PM and we will work something out)

Sorry I did not get back to you guys sooner, I know there is a few of you with money in my hands (and in fact it is still in my "hands" -- in my PayPal account) -- edited out the rest because of a new update that is coming. getting pictures uploaded and then posting it. Another... bad update... After making that last post, I checked my PayPal to see if there were any more transactions. It seems just a few hours ago PayPal limited my account because of "suspicious activity" - Details in the email are vague as can be and are asking me to call them (as well as send in documentations of proof of my identity, and a bunch of other things that i'm not dealing with. *THIS* is why I did not want to deal with PayPal) and stating that I received continuous small amounts of money from several sources. I am guessing they are thinking I am some sort of PayPal hacker that is hacking into accounts and attempting to steal money...
I attempted to go ahead and refund everyone because i'm done with PayPal, but the button to refund is gone now.
I apologize again for this, to get your money back just dispute the transaction and I believe I will then be able to refund the money. This is a definite -- I'm not dealing with PayPal anymore, going to close the account after all the money is out of it. There is currently $200 and some cents, all transactions in the past 2 weeks have been via Nibbits.
I guess I could be wrong and I am looking in the wrong place for the refund button, but after looking it up it on PayPal it said to go to History then "Details" under the transaction, I checked every transaction both that stated "Paid" and "Completed" and there was no return tab
I am attaching two pictures, if anyone can help me with Refunding the money so you guys don't have to go through disputing the claim, please message me.
You will receive *ALL* of your money back. I guarantee it. But still, this looks extremely bad on my part and this is out of my hands. I am going to call PayPal and see what I can do about having my account.. de-limited.. But they are asking for documents to be faxed and quite a few other things that I am definitely not going to go through just to make a few dollars helping people get SC2 keys.

There is no Refund button.. If there is another way I can refund the money that a more experienced PayPal user could tell me, let me know; but either way-- Everyone reading this, please go to the Resolution Center on PayPal and file a dispute for the transaction that you sent to me. I believe I will be able to instantly refund the money. I will be checking my PayPal account several times through the next few days, and for the people who still have not filed for a dispute, I will be emailing you and messaging you on Nibbits to let you know to do it. I don't want PayPal to have any of this damn money because of their stupid automated system that limits accounts.
Again, I am so sorry. I already called my source, he is still getting keys in but I am not going to deal with PayPal. If anyone is *that* eager to get a key; you can mail me a money order or western union it or something -- im tired of these rip-off middleman money websites. That's why I stuck with Amazon.
I don't know what else to say -- I feel extremely bad for wasting everyones time and holding onto your $35 for this long and you end up getting nothing out of it. If you want a key for this cheap that bad, again read above. My source only lives about 30 miles from me (He's a RL friend hehe) and I am only going to be doing these favors for people if it is done offline. I don't know if it is any less secure or more secure, I am not entirely sure, but I do not and will not deal with these sites anymore. Everyone, you have my apologies.
