Please be temporary shutdown! Anybody got information on this?
I'll post tomorrow about it. Just not enough time and I can't justify the resources the sites takes anymore. If someone is interested in taking it over I encourage them to let me know as soon as possible (I've been looking for a couple months now, passively, but haven't found anyone).
Is the problem paying for the domain or just moderating the website? Because if it's moderating the website, I'd be happy to help, along with some friends I've picked up along the way here at Nibbits.

if its bandwidth, give us the ability to delete some of our maps (there are probably double clones/older versioons than actual maps) i emailed you but couldn't get a response about this...
another idea is that wc3, sc1 and 2 are not as popular as you would think...perhaps you should include WOW forums (that will be more popular) and maybe diablo modding content as well...
also maybe you could cater to other games as well like old republic, eve online, halo call of duty or whatever will bring in more people
also what is a nibbit...?

Nibbits is the site your on right now dude...
It's a combination of things XoG. Nibbits makes some money (rom the ads), but not enough to cover the hosting costs. That combined with the fact that I don't have the free time to grow the traffic (and revenue) so that it *could* pay those costs, is making it not worth it anymore.
I'm planning on spending the next week looking for someone to take over the site, as I'd rather not shut it down.
i am interested in taking it over. contact me so we can talk this in a more private and explain me all the reasons with details.
if i can help it nibbits will not shutdown.-

We could help them makin click on the ads, to helps the administrator at making more money for to paying the domain. What do U think?

I think I've found someone to take over the site, so the site will most likely stay online :)

Hi everyone, I'm the one that took over the site.
It just got migrated to my servers, and I'm still working with dcramer to iron out the last few problems and hiccups.
I'll give a proper introduction once that's all worked out :)

Last night I changed the DNS, which effectively switched everything over to my hardware. And since this site is actually a pretty complicated setup tech-wise I expect it to still have some (hopefully small) quirks and hiccups.
The currently known issue is with uploading forum avatars (icon won't upload) that we're still working out

About the avatar yeah, I wanted to change it from commander to terminator but it kept staying the same! I also clicked "Remove before changing 100 times! Maybe I have to wait...
It should be fixed, let me know if you're still experiencing issues
