1) install game(en_US)
2)patch game(to 1.3.2 [http://www.filesonic.com/file/807963574/SC2-1.3.2-enUS.exe]) and I also think that theres a new patch 1.3.3 just patch it if it's available
3)start the game then close it(u must start the game for the battle.net registries to show)
4)clean all blizzard registry keys-folders as shown in the video + clean games cache files (all) (for registries)press start click run and input regedit then follow the steps on the video...(for cache files go here ---> C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Local Settings\Application Data\Blizzard Entertainment\Battle.net\) delete the whole cache folder...(btw the application data folder is hidden, u need to set ur computer to display hidden files, it can be done by clicking tools--> folder options and at the view tab click show hidden files and folders...)
5)run KEYGEN(before extracting the keygen, off ur antivirus first!)
6)paste the offline file from the cache 1.3.1(from the first page) (use the offline file from the cache 1.31 file not from the keygen.rar)
7)paste the latest cache (optional) if you want the ingame skirmish. otherwise the single player campaigns and the sc2allin1 launches should work just fine just with the licGenerator.(u need to download the cache files from the first page for the offline file!)(since u downloaded it, why not paste the latest cache?)

well i got a little tool that would help thouse how cannot use the license generator becuase of a region problem or language pack trouble...
before giving the link look the first post of this topic and look the video that would answer a lot of questions

now look at the page download the file... it working well and it is for team liquid
This tool will help you to change of region in of the sc2... REMEMBER LINCENCE GENERATOR IS ONLY FOR enGB..
1° download and extract to C:\Program Files\StarCraft II\Support
2° Now run relocalizer.bat (this will open a comand line windows it is black so dont worry it not virus)
3°it will ask u if u want to continue Put Y and enter
4°then it will ask to choose an option put 1 and then enter
5°then it will ask u to choose your language... It will be diferent depending your regions.
Ex: u Sc2 is of US(my case) then you will need to put enUS; in this case u will need to place 124 and enter
*U need to be SURE of your region other wise it WONT WORK
6° then it will tell u to choose the language u want to change your sc2 in this case it will be enGB so U NEED TO WRITE 127 and ENTER!!!
7° then it will show u the option u chose and will ask u the last time if u are sure. if u are sure place Y and enter
it will take a little time but will work i it make apper that the program froze but it doesnt froze just be patience
well with this do the same thing it say in the first post of this topic... i wish i could help it work for me
And my problem was that Offline mode was not ennabled saying that i have wrong language pack even thougt i did eveything of here.
So in other words 1° change your game region and then license generator and u should be able use offline mode good luck! any question ask me vernam wont answer hahaha but ill try to help :p
pd: this might not be recongniced by blizz so if u got lincense bought u might get banned so if u got legally use at your own risk...

thank you for taking the time to write this step by step instructions in your last but one post. I did exactly as stated, but when clicking "Play as guest" in starcraft, the damn messagebox "offline play authorisation required" doesnt let me in.
I understood, updating to the lastest version using an englisch version of the game is no problem, correct? (i did)
I'm using linux (2.6.38) and wine 1.3.18.
any suggestions to this?

before extracting the crack, off ur AV...
becareful dude... dont use it on battle.net... u can be banned... but U can use it for cracked sc2!
oh.. is there a registry editor for linux? I think thats the problem...
Wine ships a registry editor (looks quite like the original one). And I can see the created key after using the keygenerator. So, this should work.

Vernam, I appreciate all the work you have put into this program and would like to contribute with a solution to those who still can't get the login working even after following every step successfuly.
This might have been mentioned earlier, but before you start the game, make sure it has no access to the internet, easiest is disabling the network controller or simply pull out the cable.
If necessary,please add it to the sticky on the first page. It is the standard procedure with using cracks, but now that I rolled back to the original files and updated, it slipped my mind and tried the license with a working internet connection the whole time with no luck. This is the reason the offline file was never touched by the game and why the license entry in the registry was discarded upon initialization. Now I can use the Guest login and your program as well, keep up the good work!

vernam, using only SC2LicenceKeygen+offline.zip and clean the registry as you told, no crack ...sc2 EnGB 1.3.2 , could play as guest mode ...Thanks you help a lot ...

Hello, sorry been busy these few days, sadly even after following all of your steps, it still did not work, i've noticed that i faced the same problem like fellow Uzy did, a few pages back, that is when i launch the game, the license entry which was generated would be gone and instead a DirtyCacheIndex REG_DWORD 0x00000001 (1) entry would b created in the Battlenet folder in the registry. Could that b the source of my problem. I did turn off my AV and plug out my cable before cracking:D Sorry to trouble u again and thanks:D
Whatever I do,
- with cache
- without cache
- with internet connection
- without internet connection
- start via Starcraft2.exe
- start via ./Support/SC2Switcher.exe
(in every combination),
the Licence-entry gets removed, Cache files and offline file seem to get overwritten after a SC-start. The "Guest-mode-button" does not let me in.
I'm helpless. :S

when i run starcraft2 "licenses" in Battle.net/SC2 is disappearing and it still says that "unable to validate Starcraft2 license" bla bla bla
i did this steps
1. instaled patch 1.3.3
2. deleting folders from battle.net in regedit
3. deleting cahe folder in c:/.../Application Data/blizzard enterteimanet/Battle.net
4. run keygen from razzor "lisense generated"
5. copy and paste cahe 1.3.1 (from the first page) to c:/.../Application Data/blizzard enterteimanet/Battle.net
6. run sc2allin
7. "unable to validate Starcraft2 license" bla bla bla
