yeah admin , but i'm on xp maybe that's the problem !
I believe I use the first page. Maybe you need to skip step 4b, turn off your internet and try to run the keygen. Run the keygen as administrator. Hope this will help.

oh boy.......when we say on the isntruction enGB or enUS people Just ignore it!....now i am sure you have placed the english cache in the russian version and you are expecting this to work?
for HOTS campaign to work YOU DON'T NEED CACHE!

Give it some thought and i say wouldn't it be easier if you just create blank Bnet account. Download the game-patch etc. Start online and log in and just use the save?
No need of cache's, keyen's & offline.
This is only for HOTS though. Your method is better if you want to play whole WOL campaign.
2.0.6 patch is out now.i hope they dont patch this thing up

2.06 Patch has disabled the license generator (or so it seems for me). I can access the old WoL campaign, campaign saves, and offline mode, but whenever I try to run the HotS campaigns the game says that the account doesn't have access to the HotS single player features. This is implying that the license has gone obsolete for the HotS, is it not?
Is there anyway Razor1911 or someone can update the license generator anytime soon? I just feel frustrated and sad after dozens of hours worth of trying. But I still appreciate your works, Vernam7.

i will wait for the 2.0.6 to be live on europian servers and try an other work arround, i was allready workign on an alternative solution since last night ;-)

on the good side people reporting crashes should now be fixed :)
Most likely your patch didn't work. Check this thread's first page to get the directory of the license and delete it. Then reinstall the license generator following the steps on the first page.
Then again if you haven't checked the first page at all I would suggest you do so and reinstall accordingly.

Thanks for letting us know. Now i won't let 2.0.6 to get installed on my pc until we have working solution.
it's working in windows 8 and iam playing the old campaign , account doesn't have access to the new campaigne , waiting for the new licence
I have a really stupid problem with step 4b. How do I start the game in offline mode? When I block it in the firewall it doesnt start, it gets stuck on updating the launcher. If I turn my internet off at a later stage it says it can't connect. It somehow worked for me once when I blocked the connection during loading. Is there any permanent way to block the game from going online and working at the same time?

Im having one problem. I cant get the Keygen to actually start up on Windows 7 x64. I have framework 3.5.1 sp1 turned on in Windows Features, and I have framework 4.0 installed. I uninstalled Norton IS. Still not starting up. Any help would be greatly appreciated, as this is the only step keeping me from playing this game.

Nah I'm not saying its wrong, it seems to work for most ppl tho i had problems when i followed your guide, the thing that made my game not run was the cache and index file from the link you provided, i had to delete them, after that i uninstalled everything cleared the registry and everything else that had to do with SC2, after that i went to the battlenet web page logged in, downloaded the in starter edition and let it update (for me its 2.0.5) after everything was installed i logged on created my character and logged off, then disabled my internet and ran the keygen,then added the save file and then tried to log in while offline and it works, no crashes no problems so far I'm at mission 7 or something like that :p

Hey, I downloaded the starter edition from battle.net but I having some troubles with loading the save - when I try to do it(after following all the steps from the first post), it says my account can not use single player features or something like that. Can you help me?

Hi. I'm trying to make a map with Galaxy Editor and I want to make full use of the Heart of the Swarm expansion also. The problem is that when picking the game dependencies at the start of the map it only shows the WoL dependencies. I figure out that's because I only have a license for WoL, or it's something else? Thanks.

I'm having the exact problem as Kostov. I finally managed to get the game working offline with the starter mode. I have some saves from late in the WoL campaign, which I can load no problem. So the game is letting me play things that aren't included in the starter mode. But when I try to load the HoS save, it tells me I can't access single player portions of the game. Any thoughts?
