First of all, thank you for working on this!
I followed the steps in the first post, and I can play custom games, but not the campaign.
Every time I start the save file, the loading stops halfway, show the Streaming Data: 139/141MB text, then the game becomes unresponsive (the cursor changes to the windows loading animation).
I heard on the BNet forum that this might be a cache related problem. Is there any way to fix it?

I follow steps for WOL, it's ok, no problem to play everything offline.
I copy originals folder update and version base 24944 to the desktop then I delete them by downgrade 2.05.
I see inside original update, the folder frFR but there are 3 files, 23258, 24540, 25180. If I understand 25180 isn't good, I delete it, delete folder enUS from downgrade and replace the folder frFR. It said I miss file, maybe 25092 file.

That's a bug in the game. Press Alt-F4 to quit the game and start it again. Then go to the autosave tab in the load menu. The game makes a save after every mission. Just load the last one.

Yes, first attempt was Razor iso + patching through blizzard updater. After all the steps it did not work.
2nd attempt, after complete uninstall and registry clean, was downloading en-gb starter edition from blizzard site (complete 13.5gb). Again after all the steps it did not work.
I'm almost sure there is something wrong with Razor's keytro. It does NOT work for all users regardless of CPU.

well in that case can someone tell me what can i do to stop the game from deleting the license in the registry,i tried everything in F.A.Q...nothing works.offline,no antivirus,block the game,got NET Framework 3.5 sp1,cleaned the registry.I just don't understand and its annoying when u see its working for other people so can someone pls help me

For the license issue I've an idea...
I know that the keygen generate the license based on the pc configuration. Maybe something somewhere changes between the generation and the launch of the game. This will explain why someone enabling 1 core can play the game, 'cause maybe the cpu changes it's status when are all enabled but with only one the pc config for the game is static... I will think on what's changing in my config trying to disable all the features like Speedstep, HT, Turbo Mode and others to see if I fix it.

@Johnny EGO I don't know where you find your polish 25092 because I ask to a friend to install english one, he has the same files until 25180 as me but downgrade 2.05 is available here, this is the difference.

Ok, so I've did everything in order twice. First time I tried it worked perfectly. I played a game without internet access and it all went fine and dandy. After that, I wanted to play again some other than and forgot to pull out the internet cable and it did an update, even though I clicked the cancel button asap.
So I deleted the game and installed the game again, went through all those steps one more time, but this time, since I don't want to pull my internet cable out everytime I want to play, I followed the hosts file tutorial. Copy+pasta, easy. When I start the game, it doesn't update which is good but when I press login after I write my username and password, the game just goes back to the launcher. Almost like a crash. Anyone know anything about this? Also how the hell are you guys playing 2.0.5 hots when the last post was two years ago wtf, hots wasn't even announced back then.

Update 1: After I unplugged my internet cable from the computer, the game ran just fine.
Update 2: I can unplug my internet cable from the computer, start the game and once I am inside I can just plug it back in and it works perfectly.

yeah the game has many ways to connect to internet, the folder installation firewall isn´t enough, I haven´t tried the hosts.txt but if isn´t damaged don´t fix it

if you need to create a character, you can do it while you still are downloading the starter edition,,, how ? playing the starter edition before it end the downloading,,, you only need 1 GB of data downloading to play the starter edition friend !
do to it, go to DOWNLOAD OPTIONS in the starcraft 2 downloader manager,, and click the firts option, fast play,,, try to do it,, i was level 5 when i cracked the HOTS following this manual,,, thanks to all !

I realized that my localized version was an US translated in Italian by blizzard. So I've done this:
Placed the Italian version back and started normally
Login first time with starter dummy account
Exit the game
Run the keygen
Add the rules to the firewall to stop Internet connection of the game
Started the game and login in offline mode
Try to load the HoTS savegame and getting the license error
Exit the game
Used the enUS files of the 1st page to roll back to 2.0.5 backing up original files
Placed back in the update folder my itIT folder and deleted the enUS/enGB ones
Deleted the 2.0.6 file in the itIT update folder
Started the game again
Enjoy HoTS campaign from the savegame in my 2.0.5 itIT SC2

Ok, either to SNIFY or VERNAM7 :
I did it all, followed ALL the steps, played like 6 missions, finished the mission where you get your Queen to infest the protoss ship, then, all of a sudden it tells me I need to download 100% of the files to play this version.
Ok seriously, it's obvious that there is some kind of Blizzard update going on when I reconnect the internet.
I did the stuff yuou told about the System 32 and all the logs, that should stop Blizzard from connecting.
Any ideas ?

I know it might seem incredible but I ALWAYS play with the internet COMPLETELY DOWN.
I was playing with internet shut down when I got that message, I swear to GOD. This is why it left me astonished.

There you go, I closed the internet, redeleted updates and stuff2944 and replaced them again with the ones you gave us.
Then I started the game, of course always offline and still I get the message that I need 100% files.
Funny thing : even if I technically downgraded the game, it still says "game is up to date" when I start it (with internet down, ofc)
