  • The game says i cant play because it is a starter edition help! i want to play the campaign :( . (It is a Spanish version i dont know if this could be the main problem). Using 1.0, win7 x64 sp1.

    EnderSnify, I have a general question about this loader. Is it's sole purpose to just make things easy for noobs? As in, if you have a fully functional offline SC2 there is no reason to use it correct?
    Was just wondering why go through the trouble to make something work that already works if you follow simple directions. Just seems like a lot of work for nothing unless you just practicing your programming skills because I can respect that. :)

    :P that too. I just like programming in general and the challenge. Thanks for your research about the registry entries. I will implement that :)

    Haha alright was just making sure I wasn't missing a subliminal unmentioned message about a private server or b.net emulation. :P The loader looks good and definitely has progressed quickly. The few things I tested -- the main function of injecting a Loader.dll to launch the game offline -- work flawlessly for me albeit the game launches flawlessly anyways. Keep up the good work and don't let haters get to you.

    Oh and no problem about the registry entries. If you need any other type of confirmation on system writes just let me know; I've been zerg rushing since Raynor made sweet gay love to Fenix.

    Sounds like you have 2.0.6 and no license.

  • @ender may be you´re rigth I try at first with a chinese version, then the dvd clone from tpb at last I guess that is the one that works I was dissapointed for having to dl 7 gb more, since I have the dvd but it was ok as long as I want to try this system, in fact in the comments somebody says that the starter edition doesn´t have the expansion, so I check my license and is starter but somehow the game was playable
    I upload a video and shows that two exes and a dll start when I click a savegame since my last firewall fails and give me the error unable to dl info about next patches, there is https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EMH91LbIQac

    Mr MooWith a freshly installed and correctly patched(2.0.5) copy of SC2, I get the following error after clicking 'Start SC2 Offline':

    SC2 LOADER ERROR
    ErrorCode: 01

    Ran as admin, UAC, anti virus, etc disabled.
    'Loader.dll' seems to be fine.

    Any ideas?


    Which Windows do you have?
    Something is still blocking it...

    Windows 7 x64

    I just tried setting the compatibility mode to Windows XP (SP3) and it worked. Odd?

  • no license file
    -if the license is not created try to clean your registry (be carefull) and then try the keygen again! you need to clean your registry in the path
    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Blizzard Entertainment\Battle.net

    -IF the license is produced in the registry, but its been deleted automatically for some reason, try to disable your LAN or block with your windows Firewall the game from accessing the internet! (google for that )

    -Guest may not work to some users but sc2allin1 will work for sure.

    I found that there is no values in this key

    Edit: even if i turn of the router the game keeps killing the license.

  • Vernam7oh btw sniffy i am going to make a small Hots Enabler tool that will allow super wow noobs to do all that in few seconds. i will need your help on that because i will not have time to finish it, or instead of using many small different tools we are going to make them allin1 (o this name is allready taken :P)

    what i need from your loader are the existing "features"

    plus this is what i want to add:
    -detect sc2 installation (from reg)
    -makes sure its at least 2.0.5 installed. (easy done by checking the last base folder)
    -if there are newer version than 2.0.5 maybe 2.0.8etc, delete the newer base folders and the update folder too.
    -detect what localization the game is (by reading the Launcher.db file)
    -based on the localization i will have you all possible self extracted v2.0.5 files in ouor server
    and the tool will just a label saying version enGB Detected or what ever, and based on that if we have teh downgrade selfextract files in our server, a "Downgrade to 2.0.5" button will be enabled.
    -clicking the above button the specific file(s) will be download and run, replacing the deleted folders.
    -then we must have the updated razorkeygen you use to provide license for WOL
    -the download latest cache for wol-hots (skirmish)
    -the fixes if needed
    -and finally the all powerful Star Starcraft 2, offline or an other also button that will say "Start Heart Of The Swarm Camaign" that will start the game offline but with passing parameter my SAVE file (that will also be downloadable from our server so that wi can easily update what ever we want)

    let me know how you like to split the job tasks, if you are into it.

    time for ZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzZZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzz :P

    so that means the loader will have a HotS enabler???

    I'm waiting for this!!! I'm also waiting for the Map Packs of the same expansion.

    For me, I don't have any problem regarding about the recent issue (like "SC2 LOADER ERROR").

    By the way, I still have both 2.0.5 and 2.0.6.

  • If it kills the license, that means the license is invalid. They keygen has failed on your pc, sorry but there is no fix yet/so far.

  • So, even if you follow all the steps, you still need a battlenet account (even if it's just starter edition) to start the game? Since that is my main issue with the game, I don't see much use for that loader. Do you think, there will one day be a version, where you can skip the login?

  • No. The license is ONLY required to play the game offline. Since you can't play offline with the starter edition, you need the license. If the license gets deleted every time you start Starcraft II, it means it's not a valid license. No one can help you yet with this issue. We are working on a solution for all those users with this issue.

    ok. then I was able to start SC2.
    I made a mission of HOTS, I closed the game.
    Then I launched the new SC2 through your tools and I still reappears mistake

  • You can play ai, skirmish with 2.0.5 and 2.0.6 with the 2.0.6 Cache files. However to load/play the HotS Savegame you need to downgrade to 2.0.5

    HOTS has new skirmish units, but we need a HOTS license to get them. :[

  • as i said over sc2allin1 comments, you need compatible hots maps
    i am uploading one on the tools maps server 1 now to use, Celestial Bastion(HOTS) and game must be at v2.0.5!
    still read my comment ai is always at "medium".

    dont know if its just a text error or its indeed medium!

  • Loader 1.0 was working perfectly, but 1.1 for some reason seems to have deleted my license, and asked me to create a new license, after saying that I dont have one :/

    Other than that, it seems to be working fine.

    1.1 DOES NOT delete your license (unless you click the START OVER button). 1.1 detects if theres a registered license, if not, it will ask you to generate one with the razor keygen.
