i have only one problem, i need italian file to downgrade the version to 2.0.5, do you know where i can find them?
Because Game is lazy to start up. Kill that exe and start again.
Or wait a bit more longer, the game will start up eventually.

So I don't know what problem then... you should try check everything to ensure you do the exactly same as we do.

Anyone having problems with needing to re-login online to play offline.
The offline file is stored in C:\ProgramData\Blizzard Entertainment\Battle.net (Win V/7/8)
make a backup of it, and make a batch script(a file.txt file renamed to file.bat) in the same folder that will copy it back and then start the game.

I'm sorry but this doesn't say anywhere to install HOTS. I'm confused! You can only install HOTS if you have WOL. Please someone help. :)

you all is only a hotlinking discover by RageW in tpb but was closed in 2.06 so the downgrade is to emulate the conditions when that was possible, no skirmish, no multi no nothing, just hots via savegame

There is no cracked HOTS anywhere, just WOL with HOTS save so you can play the game via HOTS save with StarCraft II starter edition.

How long until skirmish with HoTS ?
Reporting back as promised - everything worked, the game loaded and I've already finished the single player campaign (that's why I was unable to post earlier)!
HUGE THANKS to Vernam7 for letting us play the game for free!
And big thanks to Mark, DaVinci030, Altimis & emiliouser for your help, without you, guys, I wouldn't manage to pull that off! :)
BTW, I highly recommend putting that the game needs to be launched via SC2Switcher.exe in the Instructions!

I'm uploading downgrade 2.0.5 for deDE right now. Might take up to an hour or so.
snify no need to do it, stop your upload i have DE and PT in my server i will post the links on page one in few mins ;-)
if only John Ego was doing this damn guide, or someone else who wants to help, find his steps how to downgrade any localized version and make a proper guide with screenshots etc and i also we can put that into our new HotS launcher.

Guys I have a question , is there a way to actually play the HotS Skirmish with bots etc ,with the units from it , since after doing everything only the Wol are usable in all maps. (still think its cause of the downgrade) Although I can`t start playing the HotS campaign even though I see it - just have : Watch movie :D. I want to see how the new units perform. Thans in advance for any answers :)
( I had to reinstall the game and did everything , the loader is a nice touch , thanx)
