Noob Mapper needs Assist

• So I've been trying how to find out how to add maps to SC2 so I can play them on the actual game, and all the web advice I found does not work (put in maps folder in SC2 folder, either in actual game or documents). So I d/l the SC2Allin1 program, which is great, but when I run a map through it, none of the triggers work. Even a blizzard map with triggers won't work even with zero modifications. I tried a few of the options, including checking the "use custom AI" box, with no results.
  1) How do I upload a map to Blizzard and/or the game?
  2) How do I get triggers to work on SC2Allin1?

• if you have a legit copy of sc2, in the galaxy editor, go to file>publish
  that puts the map youre trying to play on battle.net
  after that you can search for it in custom game section or find it in "my published
