Not yet. The maps being posted on Nibbits are just small tweaks. They're manually editing some XML files within the map itself (which is surprisingly easy to do).

You'll know when the editor comes out, there will be plenty of news on it.
I can't wait! I already have my own website for my sc2 maps up and running, just waiting on the editor to come out :P.
