Hey, I was hoping that you could clarify for the lovely people of the forum how the raffle of Starcraft 2 will occur. More precisely I would like to know how the drawing will happen. Will you cut out pieces of paper for every person's ticket with their name on it. Will you write/use a program for randomly picking an object from a pool of objects?
I would also like for you to clarify if the pre-ordered copy is fully paid for. I already have a copy pre-ordered at gamestop. I have not paid the full price, as five dollars is the only amount that is needed to reserve a copy of a game before it is released.

So regarding the first question, it will be generated by a program. I will then determine if the winner had violated any of the site rules (such as entering the contest with multiple accounts, and actually gaining entries from that).
For the second, it will be a fully paid copy of the pre-order. I'll order it through whichever company can ship (without charging me an arm and a leg) locally to the winner.
Regarding the 2nd contest with authoring,
Shouldn't there be a system that lets ppl know wats already been submitted? I don't want to waste time writing about something if someone else has already done it.

The only submissions that I know are valid right now are:
1. Melee Map Making in SC2
2. Basic AI Scripting
