Assets Section

• I've renamed the Tools section to Assets, and included categorization options.

  So far the SC section and the SC2 section are decently set up, but we're still lacking for WC3. If someone wants to upload WC3 tools (or other assets) go right ahead. It's easy XP, and we can easily transfer ownership if the owner is present.

  Also assets will no longer show the submitted as the author (though we will be tweaking this eventually, so that authors work the same site-wide).
