Nibbits promotes an open mapping community, and tools which remove protection (thus allowing people to open, view, and even eventually modify existing maps) will never be disallowed from the site.
The only thing we would qualify as a hack, or something that would not be allowed on Nibbits, would have to meet any of the following criteria:
1. Blizzard whined enough that we removed it (probably won't happen, we're stubborn).
2. It harms another person's playing experience (multiplayer hacks).
Ya, that's about it.
Now, however, we also want to make sure people retain authorship and credit for there maps. If someone literally took your map, renamed it, and change the author (with no other changes), feel free to report that to us and we can probably do something about it.
