  • Hey let me break this down really really simple.

Click Points then push space bar or select a point.

Once a point is selected any point will do.

Click Modules (its a tab at the top)

Then click Data. It will open up a new window.

Nice and easy click Footprints Tab and scroll down till you see "Footprint 5X5 (Contour)

Right click and go down to where it says used by. click Command center.

On the right side there will be some tabs None, Ability, Behaviour, Combat, Cost, Movement

You want to click movement. There is two scroll bars drag the far right one all the way down. Ignoring what everyone said above, click the "Pathing footprint" one and change it to "Footprint 5x5 (Doodad).

Do the same thing for the Nexus as well

After that is done Go back to Footprints And find the one called "Footprint 6x5 (drop off + Creepsource + Contour)" and duplicate it. To duplicate Right click and click "duplicate Object"

Once it is duplicated Click on it if its not already selected. You will see something (a drop down menu) that says "Layer", its under the picture to the left.

Click the drop down and change it from Pathing to "Placement check", Where it says "Set" Change it from None to "Set One". And then click "Define Sets. On the right side it says Invalid, unclick the "Near Resources" Box. Click ok and then click footprint click "Footprint 6x5 (drop off + Creepsource + Contour)", this is the original file not the pulicate you just made. right Click it and click Used by

Click hive, then Click "Movement" Tab like before. Scroll down to where it says Pathing Footprint and click the drop down menu and change it to "Footprint 6x5 Copy (drop off + Creepsource + Contour)".

Repeat the same steps for Lair and Hatchey. And then save.

If done correctly your Start Location should show a faint picture of A nexus, then a hatchery, then a Command center. If unsure move point away from minerals. It should look the same.
