As the story line and triggers are closely related, it is probably best for you to lead on the story idea.
I can provide some ideas, but the story is trigger related and therefore it directly relates to your contribution to this map.
This will sort itself out more once we start.
The layout of the map will be the foundation of the triggers and the story. With the player commencing atop the mountain in the center of the map. This allows for interaction in all directions.
So the next thing that will happen is, on Saturday 30 June 2012 I will PM you a link of the updated map.
It will take a long time to finalize the map and your triggers and story may affect the design slightly eg you may need a valley or an open field or a body of water and the like.
As long as these are small changes, that is fine. The basic regional shape of the map needs to remain recognizable to what it is now. So it is the same map, just developed.
