Alright, firstly, make sure you have updated your starcraft to the latest version. Do this by running the original starcraft game and it will automatically update. After this, make sure you can actually start the game normally, without aid from any launchers, don't worry about not being able to play, it will simply direct you to a battlenet login screen. Also, make sure you start the game after you patch, patching via the default blizzard launcher seems to leave some files behind and only cleans them after you have launched the game.
If this fails, try reinstalling the game and make sure it is in its default location, you have downloaded and replaced the cache files, you have .NET 3.5, are an administrator and that your antivirus is off when trying to use the launcher to prevent any possible bugs.
