  • Painkiller: No it is not known to bug games sometimes it bugs only if the user installed incorrectly the game/programs needed to run.
    And to set difficulty without SCAllin or similar stuff you need to go to triggers and go over and make an action near the other melee ones and select Player from the left panel then head over to Set Player Difficulty Level. Rest is self explanatory.
