  • could you open a command prompt:
    'start > run > cmd'
    then 'cd' to your starcraft 2 directory:

    cd "C:\Program Files (x86)\StarCraft II Beta"
    then run:
    dir /s > filelist.txt
    Then copy the contents of this file to http://pastie.org/ and copy the link back here. That way I can check your installation to see what might be wrong.

    Apart from that i would recommend either deleting all the addons/custom files for SC2 and try and reinstall both the AI and the launcher. If you want to be really sure delete all of 'Starcraft II Beta' and do a complete full fresh install, patch up to the latest version and then install the AI and launcher.
