    bb82When I need to update the cache, do I delete the whole cache folder at \Blizzard Entertainment\Battle.net\ and then replace it with the one I downloaded? The reason I ask is because that has much more files than the one I downloaded from you.

    I don't know. Test it and get back to me and I will update the manual. If you are unsure follow these steps:

    1. install over the top and if that fails,
    2. delete the cache contents and install.

    Naturally you will ALWAYS make a copy of the folder as a backup and put that somewhere safe!

    bb82When do I need to update the cache, only with I get a new version of your utility or whenever beta gives a new patch?

    The cache is updated when a new patch comes out.
