I have read the FAQ prior to my post and I have tried what it says on there. Disabling the firewall and anti-virus then doing a clean install and it still doesn't work. I've also done what it says on the opening post of this thread and given the program administrator access even though the computer that I am logged on is running as administrator.
And yes Starcraft 2 is saved in the default directory, same place on my XP computer that works.
