  • Cache was needed for replays, I'm not sure if you still need the cache anymore, but whatever the case first make sure the game works and than try making your replays work if you are interested in watching replays, and by that I mean do not use any cache files. So just uninstal the game and maybe even check if you still have any files left in the game directory or in any other folder on your C drive related to the game and delete them, and than try a clean instal. Also do a clean instal of the launcher.
