  • @aizen, kagangucu From what I understand it looks like the launcher did not instal properly. Did you instal it as administrator? Or it might be your antivirus that is not letting it instal ok.(I use AVG on my main computer and it did not affect the instalation, but other AV will stop it, like COMODO)
