  • You'll likely need to go into the Data Editor for something like this. Personally, I don't like going into the Data Editor just because it's a headache lol. Unfortunately, a lot of the stuff I need to do is in there. :(

    Open up the Data Editor, find the Units Section, then do a search for "Command" or "Center", should give you a list of like 4 Command Centers. Orbital Command and Command Center, each with their flying counterpart. Select the one you want to modify and you'll have to edit their requirements for upgrading those abilities. I learned a great deal about the Data Editor through this tutorial(http://rpg-exploiters.com/guides-strategies/starcraft-2-galaxyedit-complete-hero-tutorial/). Along with that, you might want to just play around with it for a bit to get the hang of it.
