Not too sure what you are trying to do, but from what i can see, you opened a completely new map and looked at the values for units, which shows you the stats/data for units in a default melee map. The fields circled show the stats for the selected unit on the left and its associated effects below, which basically tell the game how to treat each unit. For instance, near the top, you can see the command card field, which after selecting it, you will be able to select the hotkeys and abilities a unit can use in the macro grid ingame. In this instance, you are selecting the acid spore weapon, used by zerg, as it is not a proper selectable unit, it will not have many abilities. It does however, have other data such as which model it should use(the green thingy it shoots), which explains why the field has to be filled in.
