Hmm, so Opening Gambit didn't work?
I've created another save this time, none of the objectives are met, so you'll have to Produce 1 Ghost from a Barrack with Tech, spam around 6 or more Marines and create 2 Siege Tanks from the 2 Factory that is almost finishing it's Tech Reactor. It should give a time of Gold and hopefully it works.

as SOON as the save file loads, you need to move up and right a little bit, blink across the cliff, wait for blink to go off cooldown, and then head towards the fourth checkpoint and blink on top of it.
