help on sc2 relocalizer

• please help me... im currently having problems on changing my region from en_US to en_SG since I have a license to play on SEA(or SG) but not on NA... I tried to relocalize my installation files but, it says that "you have non authorized language pack bla bla" I have tried these.

  synced clock with blizzard time
  disabled my antivirus

  and etc! please I need fast reply since I have only 7 days to play my sc2 sea version LOL

  PS. I dont want to download a client from SEA since it is very long and time consuming... imagine... downloading about 12hrs - 15 hrs... it will consume my time and mah money!
