The reason of changing of current have several points: 1)The top of the plate spring screw loose after long-term operation. 2) The plate spring be cut off. 3) The gap between core and armature has changed. 4) Each part of screw loose or falls off phenomenon.

    2. in the using of vibration feeder, we must have the normal production as the instructions of using, we must not add the other equipment by ourselves. When we replace the spare parts, we must use the same type and do not use the different types so that not happening the phenomenon of downtime and damaging. Before the vibrating working, we need to check out the ventilation of vibrating motor and the lubrication situation of active bearing, we should promise that the motor can have the ventilation and avoid the motor over heating. We also need add the lubrication on time and through the changing, clearing so that promise the flexibility of bearing.

    3. before we starting the ore vibrating feeder, we should adjust the potentiometer to the minimum location. When the equipment contacts with the power source. Gradually turning the potentiometer knob amplitude to 1.75mm to 1.5 mm rating, then the current will reach the rated value.

    4. the current and the surface temperature of the motor of vibrating grizzly feeder must be stable. If we find that there are some not normal phenomenon, we should deal with them in time.
