[Troubleshoot] i still can't play offline

• hi, total noob here.
  i did copied the loader into the SC II file,
  and launched it as admin.
  

  1-I clicked the 'start SC2 Offline'
  2-It prompt me to generate a license key (which i did)
  3-SC2 HoS started and i'm at the login page.
  4-but when i tried to log in, it gave me an error message.

  

  how do i solve this??
