In winning a game with as low APM as possible, sure, it might make it a more fun challenge. However, with such a mindset, it might simply not be possible to win if you deliberately limit your APM. The trick is being able to support a high APM when needed, especially during fights or skirmishes, not just aiming for as low an APM as you can possibly go for. Furthermore, I don't see any reason you should even try for a low APM. A higher APM allows you to manage more things at once if used well, which makes you a better player in general. When I taught my friends how to play SC2 at first, I went really easy on them and found that when I tried to play in the leagues again, my skill actually diminished, so no, i wouldnt try to go for a low APM game.
