Free vs. Fee!

• What do you prefer?

  A tournament (in your own league) with free entry but no prizes.

  A tournament (in your own league) with entry fee and prizemoney.

  I'm a player in gold league who played a lot of smaller, free tournaments, and that's fun. But since i started playing poker I'm really more into finding smaller tournaments with entry fees which has a significant prize.

  Please elaborate on your reasons for choosing and previous experiences! :)

• ofc, it depends. if the player wants to play for fun only, you will go to FREE tournament... but if you want money, go to paid tournament. but for me, Paid tournament is better.

• Well, if you are in pay-to-play it means you spent money, so it means that you are more serious about the game, thus so are other people. So you can asume you will find better players. Problem is that you can also lose. No rewards no nothing, just losing.
