Questions about SC2

• RedacissHi, I'm Jess and I'd be really grateful if I could get any of you to answer my 10 questions on SC2. Pretty much, it's for college and I need to write an article with some opinions on things.

  1. Are you an active gamer? Do you game frequently or occasionally? Everyday, weekly, monthly etc. Do you play competitively or did you use to?

  2.What made you first interested in the game Starcraft or Starcraft 2, if you started playing with that version? (Have you played both versions?)

  3. Which of the following species do you prefer? Protoss, Zerg, or Terran?
  (Wings of Liberty focuses on the Terrans, while the expansions Heart of the Swarm and Legacy of the Void will focus on the Zerg and Protoss, respectively.)

  4. Which of the following evolutions will you pick?
  (Zergling: Swarmling/Raptor - Baneling: Splitter/Hunter - Roach evolution: Corpser/Vile strain) Or have you not thought/got that far ahead yet?

  5.Blizzard entertainment chose to do a trilogy, having a game that revolves around each one of the species. Do you think they should have created one large game or do you think having a trilogy is better?

  6.Each campaign starts right after the previous one and each campaign has 26-30 missions including branching missions. It is said that Do you think that 26-30 missions is enough for each campaign since there’s usually a few years gap between each release?(Also of note, in addition to the 20 story missions, there will also be "mini-missions" you play whenever you evolve one of your units into a new strain (such as zerglings evolving into either raptorlings or swarmlings)).

  7. There are quite a few changes between the first SC and SC2. What do you think about the changes between SC and SC2 (WoL and HotS if possible) and do you think they were a good or bad idea?

  8. Unlike SC, SC2 does not support LAN (local area network) play and all network games are routed through the Internet via Blizzard's gaming servers. There have been many issues and even a petition about this. Do you think that Blizzard should make plans to support LAN play or do you not mind/it doesn't make a difference for you?

  9. Will you be buying(or which of the following have you bought:) the standard edition, digital deluxe edition or the collector’s edition, none of the previously stated or you haven’t made your mind up yet?
