The replays you'll find on Nibbits aren't your typical YouTube videos. They're files which will only play with a copy of StarCraft II.
To play a replay, you'll first want to download the file. You'll need to save it to a specific directory, which is usually located somewhere along the lines of:
Once you've saved the replay, load up StarCraft II, and click the camera icon in the top navigation. Browse to Multiplayer, and select the file you downloaded.

Actually, you don't need to put the replay files in a specific directory. Just double click a replay file, choose Open With... -> StarCraft II.exe and from then on you'll just have to double click the replay files (wherever they are) to launch the replay.

The parser doesnt work entirely yet (its not what we're using live), but I'll update it as soon as the bugs are ironed out.
My Sc2 constantly pop up **temp** problems. After download the map from your website, where should I put it?

if you can't watch replays you must refresh your cache and download specjal loader (darkblizz)
So... again the problem like in wc 3 :(( Impossible to see old version replays :(((
too bad you cant upload directly to youtube :(
