    Download CPU-Z, instal it and look at instructions on your cpu...
    You should see similar window to this.image
    Instructions makes your processor read games. And if CPU is older it havent got latest instructions and then you cant play. Even if you have 1.0 ghz cpu and latest instructions you will be able play games (play I mean 0,5 FPS, you cant play with it but you can run it) Without instructions you cant run game.
