If you take a look at the graphics settings, SC2 is EXTREMELY detailed on what-is-what
For instance, I have a horrible Pentium D 3.02GHz Process with a KICKASS nVidia 9800 GTX+ XLR8 Performance Edition (Yeah, talk about one bottlenecked computer) ---
Anyway, when I go to the video settings in SC2, it tells me what uses my CPU and what is using my Video Card, for instance my Physics which use my Video Card is on Ultra and I have a few things that run on the CPU that are on either medium or low; and I can run an all out war in perfect harmony with no lag.
You just have to tweak the settings until you are at something comfortable.
