First off Volcoone, did you bother to check system requirements for SC2? Your computer will never, ever, ever, run SC2, period. Just stop trying and save your money, sorry man.
Dang3r, if you go to this thread of the forum, you'll see my explanations and the fix that has worked for me and a few others for this very problem. Post issues on the help forums and people are more likely to be able to assist you.
Don't skip cleaning your registry with CC cleaner, check and make sure you run both the cleaner, and the registry checker. Combining this with a reinstall and maybe deleting any hidden folders people have mentioned in this forum should solve your issue.
If your PC has insufficient resources for SC2, this error will happen no matter what you do for the most part.
