  • @ps_sunna: dcramer's right; if I remember correctly Blizzard launchers use P2P/torrenting to throttle downloads where available but it shouldn't be a necessity in order to update. If that still doesn't work, try looking on reputable game sites for game updates, but be wary if you resort to that because there is a lot of malware disguised as updates out there :S
