Since the new patch the game has not been working for me. When the game loads up no matter the map or difficulty it automatically says you are victorious and you can not play. How can I fix this. I tried installing the newest download and use that but that doesn't work either. When it loads up its just a black screen with a mini map in the corner.

What Launcher are you using?
can you check that you have AIDifficulty.galaxy in the root of your starcraft2 directory and it matches the one from the 7.02 zip.
Im using StarCrack ALLin1(v6.7.2). And my AIDifficulty.galaxy says

In SCALLin1 please go to:
Game Options > difficulty > Update AI... > Browse
Then find you starcraft2 directory and select:
StarCraft II Beta\Mods\Liberty.SC2Mod\Base.SC2DATA
The black screens are caused by the data files failing to load. The most common cause of this is either a missing AIDifficulty.galaxy or a missing 'Base.SC2DATA'

The Base.SC2DATA is there and when I load it all i get is a black screen with a mini map in the bottom left corner and the menu button up top. And I have the AIDIfficulty.galaxy file with what i posted above inside of it. The Base.SC@DATA file is in the Liberty.SC2MOD folder and the AIDifficulty is in the regular starcraft2 beta folder.

could you please try with http://sc2.nibbits.com/assets/freedbot-starcrack-ui-mod/ just to rule out that the launcher is causing the issue.

I just used the launcher you sent me and I have the same problem. I tried to take a screen shot of whats happening but when I do nothing shows up just a black screen. All of this is really weird I never had any problems before the new patch.

could you open a command prompt:
then run:Then copy the contents of this file to http://pastie.org/ and copy the link back here. That way I can check your installation to see what might be wrong.'start > run > cmd'

Apart from that i would recommend either deleting all the addons/custom files for SC2 and try and reinstall both the AI and the launcher. If you want to be really sure delete all of 'Starcraft II Beta' and do a complete full fresh install, patch up to the latest version and then install the AI and launcher.

Thank you,for all of your help it now works just fine in the launcher that you sent me. But in the SCAll in one launcher it still does the same thing where it just goes straight to you are victorious. But now that I have it working once again thank you for all of your help.

There is going to be a new version of ALLin1 out soon and that should fix the problem you were experiencing.
ccT the AI_Base.* is the 7.02 data files, probably the user has limited access and the tool cant copy paste automatically the files need it!
in users with Administrator role there is no problem!
or the user has to disable any Antivirus that use.
That is no solution.
