Like to say I'm loving the new editor however I can't figure out using a trigger how to make a trigger select all of one unit.
For example...
Triggering unit is brought to (ANY) (Thor)
Action Kill Triggering Unit
The only part I can't figure out is how to get the Any of one unit. If anyone has figured this out please shed some light.

Its because its beta and the editor doesnt have kill commands atm. It has no move commands either.
I see you answered what my next question was going to be.... I was trying to get the AI to move a unit for about the last hour and couldn't understand why it wasn't responding to the trigger.
I've had the same problem. If anyone knows of tutorial on the web it would be handy. I'm still getting the hang of this.
This editor is 10x more complex and languaged than the wc3 editor. When you guys choose your triggers, pay attention to the variables of that trigger. Like for move orders, by default mine selects order to no point, and then I can't find any move order whatsoever until I change it to something like order to point or region. Also, my editor every now and then can't find EditorFiles\EditorData.xml and then can't run... :(

I'll just leave this double post for now, but I know how to create heroes. It just takes ALOT of work at the moment.

I have not tryed this with units .. if I have time I will see if I can do it.
The way I did this with points is
event Any unit enters withing (x) amount distances from point
Conditions triggering unit = player 15
kill triggering unit..
This is for my tower def map it kills units that get past a certain point if the player fails to kill them...
for yours im guessing here ...
Any unit gets within (x) amount distance to Unit Type
Unit makes you select a already made unit ... unit type lets you pick a unit from the editor's units list.
unit != unit type .... for conditions sadly and I dont know a way to convert unit type to unit yet.
I've seen a lot of people with this problem, I'm not too sure how to fix it myself yet, although I've heard a lot of the triggers just won't be functioning properly until the editor is out of beta. :x
