Is cache only necessary for watching replays? The link for downloading the cache files doesn't work for me, but I don't have any replays I want to watch anyway.
Not sure if it's because of the cache files or what, but I can't get it to work. After pressing launch I get an error report:

Yes, you only need the cache files for replays.
I'm having the same trouble as so many others: the black screen and cursor. I'm running Windows 7 64 bit. I followed the instructions exactly. Any advice would be appreciated. Has anyone found a solution to this problem yet?

All who are having black screen and cursor are using Win 7(and 1-2 XP users). Cant you see what is wrong?! Its your OS. Is it so dificult to understand that this is a problem because of the administrator rights of your computer?! And for the XP users how in the worlds name did you manage to mess your admin rights?! Google about admin rights and how to grant these to certain files and you will find tons of guides showing you what to do.

Thanks for responding. I've been opening both SC2allin1 and the Starcraft 2 main launcher as administrator (by checking "run as administrator" or whatever in properties), and still get the black screen. Is there something else specifically I need to do? What other "certain files" should I grant administrator privilege to?

For both the SC2 folder and SCAllin1 folder.
I'm with the same problem, not a hotkey problem, the real bug is, any command not hotkeys related are not working, exp: Arrows for moving the map, Ctrl + 1-0 for doing an control group, i tried to search those buttons, but I can't see these commands in GameStrings.txt, only hotkeys, any Ideas?, maybe you could upload the file where those commands are located so I could replace my buggy file.
Obs: I can move arround in the map with the mouse, and create control groups by right clicking into the control groups slots,

Question,
Following all the appropriate instructions on manually patching (Because EU patching does not work as we know) have we found any alternatives to patching the game? I understand that the server is down therefore the updater is not working correctly.
When I open the updater,a window comes up for a split second and then closes as if nothing ever happened.
I have downloaded all patches but cannot implement them into the folder because the updater is not working properly.
Any alternatives here?

Hey, i have a problem where i can launch the game but when it goes the to loading screen, it doesn't load and the program doesn't respond. Also the Blizzard Error box thing comes up and says some report will be sent... Any solutions?

I'm still having the black screen and cursor issue. I've changed the permissions, and am running the sc2allin1 EXE with Administrator privileges. I don't know what else to do with it. Any suggestions?

Hello,
After followgin the guide and finishing the instalation, i open the launcher choose the map the oponent the ai, press launch, when the game starts it tells me startcraft II could not validate my battle net id.
Any one with this error can give me a hand?

It's because there is a new update out there that the ALLin1 launcher does not support as of yet. Nothing you can do except reinstall starcraft 2 after disconnecting your internet and following vernam's instructions.
Hopefully we get a Launcher update soon, i can't wait to play!!
I was wondering if there a issue with the launcher with AI Difficult setting because i m setting up to insane and the AI are still working on easy
is there a fix and will you copy the blizzard AIs now there available

i have a strange problem, and it seem i am the only one so far!?
when i launch the game with sc2allin1 (977) i get a sc2 loading screen. after that i become an ingame error message:
"cant verify the starcraft II-Licence. please log into battlenet in game or using the editor" (translated)
i have downloaded the sc2 instaler. installed. patched to 16. then launched with sc2allin1 (977).

When I click launch in the ALLin1 tool it tells me to logon to battle net. Maybe if enough of us post that we're having problems they'll realize that this is an issue that needs to be fixed.

with that u can play against the blizzard AI only but insane is pretty good =P
Sorry branno, but I'm not going to corrupt my installation (by manually deleting/replacing files) since I have a beta key and I like to play online sometimes. I'm looking for a fix that makes the tool work as it did before, where I can play both online and with the launcher.
