FUCKING INTERNET. I have a MEGAVIDEO Premium account and there is no limit. It uploaded 2 hours ago and now it says " This video is currently being converted. Conversion stage: Converting."
I'll just upload it to mediafire and be done with it. People were whining last time why it wasn't on Stream so I tried everything to get it. It should be on Mediafire in 50min. Download and bye.
I really tried to do the stream but it just didn’t work. First I unintentionally fucked up YouTube, then MegaVideo was fucking with me so I gave up and uploaded it to Mediashare. Sorry for the wait.
anonI'm sorry but the video doesn't show me any proof that you really are lanning the game,
For one the host assigns all players names and races they should assign them themselves in a lobby system?
Also no chatting was gone and the video was taken from 1 pc with no respect for the second player.
Also who builds just 3 gateways 12 guys and just does nothing?
Unless you can give us something more substantial then I cannot fully believe this.
I think this video is not fake. Here's the proof:
1. If this is a single player against the AI, and he renamed the AI player name to "Hazu", that AI player can't leave the game. But in the end there's system message "Hazu has left the game", which means it's not AI.
2. If this is on battle.net, first no beta version has a loading screen with no player info. Second the 2 black boxes above the control button area (attack, patrol, etc.) should show you then number of friends online (either 0, 1, or more). The single player (such as using SC2Allin1 or likewise) will have 1 black box (the bigger one, but no small one).
I would say chatting will prove this easier but they may have not finished that function in lan.
Also who builds just 3 gateways 12 guys and just does nothing?

Didn’t have the time lately to do stuff, because there are tons of projects to be worked on + RL. But my teammates made excellent work on StarEMU. But I promised a video today so here is a game I played yesterday. It is Zerg vs Protoss and I am playing myself vs myself in one room (PC and Laptop connected via Ethernet) so everything is slow because I am building on both sides so when you see my cursor standing still it means I am building drones, 3 gateways and a dozen zealots. But I am mainly playing Zerg. But since this is only a demonstration I don’t really care what is the battle. I just wanted to show that there is 90% less lag than last time and 90% more stability. There are known bugs of course and we are working on them. With RC2 who will be out by saturday we will get full blown 1v1 and 2v2 battles with even better overall performance. Then expect tons of videos and other proofs like screenshots of people playing in the room, video of people playing, etc. Final version will come out after SC2 makes it out. We need to verify and test the software but as I saw from SC2 code, it won’t take long.
I'm sure this tool will prove useful for sc2 community. Lots of ppt ( both those who bought/will buy original and those who will not) will use it for LAN parties/ simple game without need of connection to internet.
Thanks to your team work maybe blizzard will acknowledge that excluding LAN from sc2 was meaningless and will add back this feature.
Bad record you say? We delivered all our promises. Sometimes we were late with videos and such but always delivered. Then there was a WEB-SITE with weekly updates, forum with members answering questions, E-Mail support, etc, etc...
People like this guy gave us a bad record. Please, give me one reason why we are "bad"? Sure, we had our problems, but noone is perfect...
There are older members in this team and their decision after SUPERFLAME of our last video was justified. Such hard work and then slammed. And frankly, we don't answer to nobody because this is free work. You pay us we will answer to your wishes.
COMMUNITY gave us 90% of our bad reputation. Tell me I'm wrong.
Sorry to burst the bubble guys, but "code-gen" and its affiliates had nothing, has nothing, and never will have anything. Their latest video is a waste of time to download - it's just a launcher that works exactly like SC2AllIn1. Until the group posts actual legitimate proof (say, footage of 2 players and their computers simultaneously) to show that they have something worth looking at, pay them no attention.
And because you specifically asked for it, Daemonix: you're wrong. Until you can prove you have something worth watching, stop pretending you have anything.
But start, remember this. I will laugh so hard when I try to imagine the look on your face when you see something. Hopefully early next week like mon/tue.
I think you've missed something here, daemonix. Most if not all of us would be very GLAD to be proven wrong in this case. But we absolutely HATE being given false hope, so it's probably better to wait until you have something good before posting, rather than just posting something that isn't authoritative.
Wouldnt the best proof be to release what they have? Wasnt there forum always down because of band with? that ton of information non existent anymore?
Hello folks. It seems even after this almost indisputable evidence of StarEMU software, people are still flaming, not believing and whatever else not. We have given everything. Website, Forum filled with tons of information from members, E-Mail support, three videos, etc, etc and it is still not enough. Other teams didn’t give NOTHING except byte hack to play against AI. Kudos to them for that, but we are talking about something different here.
They (community) still ask for “real proof”. We given all we can with resources we have. It’s not like any other group has given any hard proof but everyone believed them that their EMU is real. People think because we are named a stupid name that we are bunch of noobs who can write a hello world in ASM. This team was made for this project and selected members were chosen. Today we have even more. Some of them were not there when we started but when they joined they saw it is all true and decided to stay.
So we will give you the ultimate proof.
Some members need to get together and organize things but I guess that shouldn’t take long. What it will be, that is a surprise.
Anyway, for the time being, we will close this website. There is no point in it’s existence anymore because we can’t offer you anything more at this moment. And more and more people are just shitting all over us for nothing. Site will reopen with new “evidence” sometime next week. I suggest you try after monday.
I will still leave the site open if someone wants to download the video till tomorrow and then we are off for next couple of days to save bandwith.
All you need to do is set two computers down next to each other with screens side by side, load your LAN launcher, then play a quick game with yourself while you record the proceedings on BOTH screens with your webcam or camcorder. Be sure to display both screens at the same time and record a quick battle between the two 'players' to prove that it's the same game.
This is all you need to do to show us that you're being honest, however until you do this we will assume that you do not have a functional LAN launcher.
End of story. Don't bother replying or complaining; you know what you need to do to convince us.

anon:
WHY DIDN'T YOU READ THE VIDEO EXPLANATION?
It was said on the PAGE itself and at the BEGINNING of the video.
And there is no Lobby system. If you followed our forums while they were active you would have known how this works.
But nevertheless, for final shit I will provide VIDEO of 2 people playing. I just need to get in touch with some trusty friend.

What language he is talking in the start?
It is a beginning of a song :) Croatian or Bosnian. Same shit, different package.
People are plain stupid. It is incredible. This is our biggest flamer EVER speaking - http://darkblizz.org/Forum2/starcraft-ii-beta/analysis-of-the-new-code-gen-video/msg19347/#msg19347
Neither he read the explanation, nor he knows that Blizzard tried to... Incredible
No to tell you the truth this one is
edit: like dont take it personally but the code gen team just has a bad track record
but hey issues happen things get pushed back
you guys said it yourselfs what do you have to gain from lying to us
Until there will be final working version available to all there will be ppl that will not believe :)
Myst? Nooo. The guy above!

Daemonix,
good video. I finally got around to watching it
Noticed several things that made me believe that this was not a battle.net game.
and it would take a lot of work to fake what you did if you faked it
but 75 percent of me believes this could be real
Now we have to wait and see.
it would be nice for some kind of English translation

Looks like we been trolled again
False hopes

actually it works like this
you give out free product
people donate for your good work
no one is going to pay for false hope
all there is is videos
the game will be out in a couple days anyways
Daemonix.
This is very simple.
