no launcher fault man, update your VGA-driver + DirectX 9.0c febr 2010.
anyone who has experienced the same issue like mine? any suggestions?

it could be anything wrong-missing from your system this is a generic windows error when an application fails for unlimited reasons.
just try to find an download the .net 3.5 sp1 maybe you are missing files that .net 4 doesnt include
sorry for asking mates.. i tried everything and did every faq tips but i still can't start the program. i run as admin the program but it doesn't start. windows gices a silly suggestion as find online solutions.. i guess you get to point... i use windows vista and i use avg anti-virus(i shut down it while trying). if you can, it will be most appriciated

Hi!
I'm having the same problem as the others.
Error: "Could not find a part of the path 'C:\Program Files\StarCraftI\Versions'.
I know the path the launcher is targeting is wrong (StarCraft I), but there is NO starcraft I installed on my PC. I'm using the latest version, 10.33 downloaded from here.
I even tried reinstalling both the launcher and the game.
See the pics for proof that all the directories are correct.

once again i am repeating my self, its your installations problem! i will make though my next version to be smarter and detect corrupted installation paths!

@aizen, kagangucu From what I understand it looks like the launcher did not instal properly. Did you instal it as administrator? Or it might be your antivirus that is not letting it instal ok.(I use AVG on my main computer and it did not affect the instalation, but other AV will stop it, like COMODO)

Hi guys, have a huge problem here been reading almost all the forums i could find about the luncher and everything, tho i have a copple of quastions, can i still play with vs computer with a crackt SCII ? and about the luncher i downloaded it and followed every little step in the guides but the only thing i get when i trying to lunch the program is a black screen or well black border " ingame " like this..

i might comment that the game it self on single player works awsome, cleaned the campaine normal and hard and the game it selfs rocks my world and in about 2 weeks im pritty sure i will buy it :)) but whant to try out the vs mod first and see how it feels :)

hehe well ok :)) iam not here for chit chat so that mabey was wrong thread to put it in ;) but if you read i was aiming to get out that iam playing with a crackt SCII right now, and it works perfect on single player but not with the lancher :) and its not a " beta " etc.. :)) and over my second thread you have a general problem right ;) ?

Hey man, I need help launching this, everything seems to work fine, I launch SC2AllInOne and I select a 1v1 map, set AI to easy, and make sure its in team vs team. I click launch, it launches a black screen comes up that says "unable to validate SC II licence, please log in to battle.net from the game or editor before proceeding"
any idea how to fix it?
