Hi everyone,
Is anyone else getting a really bad stuttering/lag problem....even though its single player stuff? Drivers are all fine and updated and specs are also decent. I've even tried putting stuff into low quality, but no dice.
Apparently its something to do with the new patch (1.5.x):

Has anyone been able to find a temporary work around/fix for this issue?
Also be interested to know if you are suffering from it or not.

So i've been trying to get it work for 3 days now...not a chance. i get a crash when running the keygen. I uninstalled, reinstalled, disabled net, disabled AV, cache and sc2allin1 installed, everything. I used to have battlenet account...how can i get it work?
Tried CanuckMarine tips also...nothing. I only saw once "skidrow sucks" on gears but after that the "play as guest" was inactive.
What the hell am i doing wrong? :)

You need to delete the registry key that is deactivating the guest option...
read the first post and it will show you where to go and what to do.
does this patch/cracks works with the current (version 1.5.2)??? having problems with the guest account in the game
previously version 1.4.2 works like a charm.

Registry keys are deleted, everything cleaned, done properly. Have framework 3,5 sp1, still nothing, whatever i try it crashes.

offline patcher ?? would really apprieciate it. My game won't even try to update itself after 1.4.4
doesnt exist! after 1.5.0 there are no offline patches anymore!
your game propably doesnt even try to updated because you used an old crack that replaced the starcraft 2 .exe among other files, that is no longer looking at the blizzard server.
reinstall the game without old crack and apply the instruction on page1 post1 is your only hope ;-)
oh and not blocking the game from accessing the web.
i Just used the previous license generator, the one you posted for 1.4.3. will even that one cause problems. (the razor 1.4x one)
the updater starts showing patch notes and all but only up to 1.4.4. then states updating then finished and i can play. but never tries anything else. is reinstall the only solution. also after reinstall, can i use the engb 1.4.4 offline patcher to update it to 1.4.4 and then let game itself update to 1.5 ?

why you are refairing to a previous keygen what previous?
lets just forget the past stick with post 1.
one is for sure the keygen that we where having for 1.4.x is the same in the 1.5.x so far
just make sure you have the latest OFFLINE file copied properly!
i am saying this because the keygen includes and offline file that is OLD
so if you just do the step with the order i am telling them
1)game
2)update to latest version by it self
3)THEN run the game once and exit
4)run the keygen only (dont place it in cache folder NO NEED)
5)then apply the latest 1.5.x cache that has the latest offline file
6)optionally use the offline name tool from the cache folder
7)use sc2allin1 OR not to play games.

can I do this:-
1. I install starcraft II using installer
2. I update siarcraft II to 1.4.4 using enGB 1.4.4 Patcher I downloaded from battle.net
3. now I open game, it will try to update to 1.5.0 on its own. i let it then when it says finished. i click play once and it should take me to login screen.
4. Now i exit, run keytro.exe, use cache.exe, extract maps and it should run

when you first started the game, at teh main screen, did you made sure you where in 1.5.2 version? down left corner?
btw the 4 step is many steps in one, make sure you do those correctly ;-)
yeah i did step 4 before when cracking 1.4.3 so no prob. i only wanted too know if i can update to 1.4.4 using patcher i have and then let sc2 update to 1.5.0 Reason behind this ? that huge update from 1.0.0 to 1.5 will take forever with almost everytime saying connection lost or something due to my crappy internet. and yeah i checked the left corner, it says 1.4.4. and then the build no. or something.
if you now use a fully working offline 1.4.4 with the keygen system as a crack and no other replacing files old cracks craps, the you can defenetly allow your game to access teh web and the launcher should move you from 1.4.4 to 1.5.2.
on the other hand you can do it like that
1)clean install
2)close installer at the end from X dont start the game! dont allow internet access.
3)have teh 1.4.4 offline patcher downloaded and run it to upgrade directly to 1.4.4
4)then open internet again, update to 1.5.2
5)then the crack steps
have fun
Go to windows update and just apply every update there is... you will have to reboot a few times and start the updater again if you do not update your OS regularly.
If still no go.. just start from scratch:
1. Make a battle.net account, and under your account, go to the "buy digital games" and download the GB version of SC2. (it is under the European section...)

2. Download the offline patcher whilst you are downloading the game itself:

3. Install SC2
4. Apply the patch
5. Launch SC2 and let the game update to the latest patch. When this is done exit SC2
6. Run the keygen (with admin rights on vista or 7 or left_shift double click on XP)
7. Run the cache extractor
8. Launch SC2 and see if you can get into guest mode. If not, follow the instructions on page 1
10. Install the SC2 launcher and any AI that you like.
11. Let us know if this worked or not.

If SC2 still does not run:
1. Make a separate partition on your hard drive.
2. Install an OS on the partition
3. Run windows update and get everything... this will need to reboot and run windows update about 4 times to get all the .NET packages and updates for them. Some people may disagree with this, but if he cannot get it working this far, this would be the easiest option.
4. Run CCleaner, Spybot S&D, and Malewarebytes
5. Install SC2 with the instructions above
6. Don't use this OS install for anything but SC2.
7. Let us know if this worked.

where am i suppose to place the cache file. I know by the default, the cache is placed in "C:ProgramData/Blizzard Entertainment/Battle.net" path.
But I think I've change my default cache location because i can't load any AI map.
So my question is, where am i suppose to paste the cache file manually, and what is that self extractor cache do? is it only extract the cache in that path or there are any change to the default cache file?

thats correct starcraft is gona use the same diablo 3 launcher style from now one
you cant change the default cache location!!
you simply cant! its something programmed from the game, you cant tell it, oh i moved the cache here, this is not an "installation path".
