i dont know if i should tell you how to do this, since you managed to fruck up something so easy like uninstalling.....
but anyways :P
just go to your registry and CAREFULLY delete all the subfolders under this path: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Blizzard Entertainment
it will then allow you to install it again.

yeah i know... hahaha! but starcraft 2 wasn't in the uninstall program of control all i could see there was starcraft 2 cache and sc2allin... so proceeded to deleting anyway... w/c i knew was totally idiotic... :P anyway would ccleaner or comodo work as well though? =D thanks for the info too! =D
your sc2allin.. i saw it from control panel's uninstall program.. but starcraft 2 was nowhere to be found in control panel's uninstall program.. =S that why i ended up deleting it instead.

dont use cccleaner or other similar crappy application!
they say they are finding trush but they are deleting from registry usufull connection and break up stuff!
in any case the uninstall button was under the starcraft 2 menu in your start menu programs!
just delete the following path and the game could be installed properly again!
p.s what sc2allin1 cache are you talking about?
my latest sc2allin1 has no unistall .....

the sc2allin1 you have must be a very old beta i had with an installer.
the new one its a simple self extract, no need for setup, so thats why i asked you because it also seems you dont have the latest sc2allin1.
i would strongly recommend to get it thought after fixing your installation.
