Today I upgraded to version 1.5.4 and automatically poblema resolved.
does your solution work with the licence key error??because every time i generate licence it appear in my registry but,after sarting the game it disappears and gives me the licence key error Anyways, i will try your solution
hmm sorry to revive this but it says i have the starter edition even tho i have the full one, how to fix this?

hmmm i can't find my Cache folder tried both from the progdata and from the starcraft II folder i can't find any folder named cache... any suggestions?

I have a problem i have patch 1.5.4 now i dunno if your way can work with this patch but nvm once i enter the game and press "Play as Guest" i get an error that says "To enable offline play.connect to battle.net to authorize your game client. You also need at least one StarCraft II character on this account." SC2ALLin1 works great with no problems at all. could you please help me solve this problem? I really want to play the game.
yeah bennyt40, I installed today the sc2, never installed before and the installation program uptdate to 1.5.4.24540 and I cannot play as guest offline. I received the same message. What can we do?
guys maybe you just need the new caches, i am not paying any attention to this anymore, but i will try to have a look at it untill the weekend to see if i can give you a work arround soon.

I did everything you told, but the installation updated yourself and after installation done, I used the K.Gen and downloaded the cache(240mb) but offline games is not allowed, its needed connect on Battle.net. I downloaded the SC2Allin but I have no map so the game not start. I have no way to start a game on SC2. But very thanks for your efforts, you are the guy!
i said i have to update teh cache! you cant play 1.5.4 with 1.5.3 cache files!
and you are lucky, i juat finished a major updated on the 1st page!
so everyone plz read:
1)go to the first page you will find the latest cache for 1.5.4 (you must have teh 1.5.4 ENGB game version installed!)
2)completly delete your old cach as i say on the updated isntruction , again on page 1
3)clear your registry as i say on page 1 (carefully)
4)use the KeyGen, check that the licence is created in your registry, if not its not my problem
5)extract the new cache to the correct path again as i say on page 1
6)redownload the new offline rename tool for 1.5.4 (if you want)
7)start the game.-
end of story.

Hey Vernam7 Sorry for bothering you but i have a Problem,I have the latest game version installed(1.5.4) also i applied the new crack(deleted the old one already)after that ran the keygen(checked the registry its there) and disconnected the internet and disabled anti-virus.But when i start the game With Sc2allin1(latest also)It gives me an error "Unable to validate Licence" After that i checked my registry the key is gone.But i already disabled antivirus!! Help Please!
1)why you disabled your lan when running the key gen?
2)are you sure the right cache is in the right place and you cleared old cache before?

wat do you mean by disable lan while running keygen?? should i have lan on while running it??and,yes i have deleted the old cache(1.5.3) and put the new cache(1.5.4) and the directory of the cache is in Programdata-blizzard entertainment-battle.net right??? Sorry if i ask too much:)))

hello again mr vernam7. so, just wanted to ask a question, are you 100% sure the cache files are good for 1.5.4 ?? i have not yet updated my game to 1.5.4 but i don't want to get the same problems i had once before. When you released the 1st cache for 1.5.3 that one did not make the maps appear properly in map selection screen in-game. but you did fix it with the second cache you uploaded for 1.5.3. I hope this cache does not have the same prob. seems most people here did not have any problems. Also. hoping this offline name changer works right and does not delete the licence like the last one( the one for 1.5.3)
1)yes since i did that mistake with the 1.5.3 cache and some maps where not "create game" rady, i never repeated the same mistake ;-) and i tested it 2 times all the melee maps are just fine you can upgrade
2)and the offline renamer is also a new specially designed for the 1.5.4 version and changes your name properly without any issues that will lead the keygen licence to be removed. ;-)
as about the guy above you, the lan shoudl be as you normally have it when you wat to play the game.
if you have the lan on then leave it on when creating the licence.
its recommended to have your lan enabled even though you may not have internet access.
Hi, It seems to me all your passages have been done and the game works indeed, but when I try to run the last SC2 allin1 to play offline it says the version of the game has to be at least 1.5.2. That means the patch has not been installed, although I have copied the cache files of 1.5.4 in program data\blizzard entertainment\battle.net after deleting all previous data. Have I messed with the crach inside the ISO? When and how it has to be applied, after or before the patch? I've run it just after the installation of the game... The internet connection must be turned off during the install? I'm a win 8 user... Help me please

1)first of you must have the GAME installed and patched up to the latest version properly! no pirate copies or BS! the real deal you can download sc2 starter edition for free get the europian ENGB version and install it!
2)then upgrade the game to 1.5.4 version, the cache is not a Patch! put your mind together, because you are copy pasting some cache file doesnt mean your game is updated! c on! this noob staff!
install the game let it update it self from the internet to 1.5.4 you can try to login and check out the damn version your self on the games main screen down left corner!
3)AFTER the game is properly installed and upgraded, then you rad the instruction on page1 how to crack it!
if my sc2allin1 says you dont have the 1.5.4 version then you dont have it!
final tip fuck windows 8. :P
i hope you understand that wht you are asking is basic computing stuff! if you cant install and update a game to start with, then how do you think you can crack it?
i am sorry if i "hard" on you, but based on your last post you doesnt seem to understand what patching and installing is! :/
many torrent versions of the game is BS, because they have cracks that replace basic game files and the game cannot update it self!
the process i am explaining on page one, is the best so far and you DO NOT touch your game files!
anytime you want to buy a sc2 licence normally you can just login with your installation if you have done what i say properly!

But here my personal installation procedure / update:
-- Update 1.5.3 ---
1 - make sure you have the latest game version installed (vEn-GB(European) is recommended may not work with other Localized versions!)
- install sc2-1.4.2-enGB.exe
- install sc2-1.4.3-enGB.exe
- install sc2-1.4.4-enGB.exe
- Update through Starcraft 2 application though Internet
2 - run the keytro1.4.x.exe as ADMINISTRATOR (let the animation run and press F2 When you see the GEARS, a msg will apear "skid-row sucks", thats it to exit press ESC.)
3 - Extract the latest Cache Files but before that, Delete any Previous Cache that exists there or under your game installation directory (like C:\Program Files (x86)\StarCraft II\Battle.net\cache) and Make 100% sure you extract the cache to the correct path of your system!(windows xp and windows 7 usrs have different paths wich is C:\ProgramData\Blizzard Entertainment\Battle.net\)
4 - Browse Starcrat 2 directory and go in Support folder
5 - Create a shortcut of SC2Switcher.exe on the desktop and ALWAYS start the game with this.

I just followed what Void_Sentinel suggested.
Here is how I proceed.

why start the game from there? whats the point?
the normal laucher is ok because you need it to update the game automatically when a new patch is out...unless you dont! ;-)
then use the sc2switcher.exe or sc2allin1 indeed.

In first time thank you for this topic. It is very complete.
I followed all you explanations and that works aproximatively three times.
Indeed, after some times (three times), the guest mode button becomes inaccassble and I can't push on this.
For your information, I play with the French version of Starcraft 2 patched in v1.5.4. I use the normal starcraft 2 .exe for launch it.
Could you help me about that?

follwo teh steps again, and try to only use the sc2switcher.exe to play the game, from a shortcut, maybe your normal launcher chnages the licence.
